Our unwavering commitment is to “Empower Student Success.” To strategically align and maximize our resources in support of this objective, the Board pledges to:

Goal 1: Cultivate a Welcoming, Supportive, and Inclusive Environment

We commit to cultivating a thriving Pawling school community where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered. Goal 2: Innovate Curriculum, Provide Enriching Learning Experiences, and Ensure Comprehensive Supports

We aspire to ignite a passion for learning by developing an innovative, dynamic curriculum that inspires students to become critical thinkers, innovative problem solvers, culturally competent, socially-emotionally competent, effective communicators, and global citizens. We intend to empower every student to pursue their passions and achieve their fullest potential through diverse and personalized learning experiences, tailored support systems and strategic partnerships. By promoting mental health, enhancing participation in co- and extracurricular activities, and integrating social-emotional learning, we’ll work to ensure that every student thrives. Finally, robust community partnerships, alumni networks, and real-world applications will expand STEAM and career opportunities, preparing our students for future success.

  • Revamp existing academic intervention and instructional support team processes into a comprehensive, multi-tiered system of support for academic and social and emotional learning and growth
